Understanding Your Needs
If we get injured we always want to see an expert that understands us.  They need to understand our sport, our goals, our training and the way we think. Jenn is a triathlete and OTC member just like you.  She understands what you're going through.

Treating the Injury and the Cause
What is the use of treating the local effects of an injury if the underlying cause is left untouched.  That injury is going to keep coming back.  Jenn works to eliminate the injury but also find the imbalance that's causing it and eliminate that too.

Not Just One Tool but Many
Athletic Therapists like Jenn utilize a range of manual therapies, modalities, exercise prescription and even bracing and taping to help you stay active.  They are prepared for every conceivable injury in sports, from brain injury all the way down to a broken toe.

Her Goal is Your Goal
The treatment varies but the objective doesn’t: Jenn's goal is to help you optimize your body and performance and return back to your usual activities, whether that means enjoying and dominating in the three disciplines of triathlon or walking to the mailbox and back.

Testimonials
"In 10 minutes Jenn had found what others, who I paid a ton, had missed.  With treatment, my level of function started to improve almost immediately and the pain disappeared.  I adjusted my goals this year but, you know what - I'm reaching them, all thanks to Jenn."  G.M.

""I've been training for my first Ironman 70.3 for the last couple of months.  June 26 was the big day!  On June 8, out of the blues, my left foot started to hurt during a run, to the point that I had to stop.  I rested my foot for a good week, but it didn't go away.  I did have my foot looked at by a physio and did a couple of ART sessions, but I just didn't feel the power in my foot to be able to run.  I must say, it was a weird injury!  The week before my big race, Geordie told me “you should try to get an appointment with Jenn Bushell", our new OTC head coach; so I did!  Being so close to race day, I was looking for a miracle at this point!  Jenn made a couple of adjustments, like getting my gluts to work again ('cause they weren't!), gave me a couple of exercises to do to reinforce my foot.  I left my appointment feeling confident and exited that I might be able to cross the finish line in Tremblant running.  The next day, I ran for the first time in 2 weeks, just a slow run around the block, and I felt good.  Now I started to really get exited!!  Last Sunday, I crossed the finish line running with the biggest smile on my face.  I did it!! Thank you to Geordie to have suggested me to book an appointment with Jenn.  And, thank you so much Jenn, whatever you did, well it got me to the finish line :))  Merci, merci et merci!!!"  D.P.
