Training Plans

Commit to the process.

Before you begin...

We have worked with some of the great names in triathlon, Mark Allen, Dave Scott, Karen Smyers. They will all tell you the same thing: the key to success in triathlon is consistent training. Find a training plan that starts at the right level and then builds logically, and stick with it. There are no shortcuts. There are no magic training plans.

Below you will find lots of plans and workouts. More importantly though, you will find resources to help you create your own plan, one that fits your starting fitness level, your schedule and your race calendar. Once you've made your plan, our coaches are there to answer your training questions as you navigate your way, week by week, slowly getting the work done. Plus, our club makes that work FUN and, as we say, if it's FUN it's DONE!
