Triathlon Training Program

Our Triathlon Training Program includes:

A reserved spot in one 2-hour triathlon training class each week plus the opportunity to drop in to as many of the other classes as you wish. If there is a bike free, it's yours!

Each weeknight 2-hour class includes a one hour indoor ride on our Kaiser spin bikes, with watts, and a one hour combination of strength training.
Our strength and mobility training is carefully designed to keep you protected from injury.
Your experienced coach will lead class discussions on all the topics key to triathlon training. You'll soon be an expert too!
Our 24 week program runs from the week of January 11th to June 29th. (We take a break the week of March 14th to 17th.)
All participants receive a running visor

All this for Price of $565.00 (includes HST) that's only $11.65 per class

Cast Iron

Our Cast Iron program Includes:

As the year progresses build to a two hour spin session in each class and immediately follow it with a run
Your experienced coach will lead class discussions on all the topics key to triathlon training. You'll soon be an expert too!
We talk about everything relating to triathlons and you are led by people who have been there
This 19 week program runs every Saturday starting January 15th to Saturday May 28th.
All participants receive a running visor

All this for $453.00 (includes HST) that's only 11.44 per class
