Geoff started running as rehab for soccer, and ended up learning he liked long distance running. Then he started swimming to prevent injuries from over-running. Then he started biking after dislocated his shoulder during hockey, and thought ‘there’s a sport for these things that doesn’t involve soccer or body-checks.”... Now too many bikes later, he’s willing to share his knowledge with others.
