Our Fall Spinning Class includes:
A weekly one hour indoor ride on our Kaiser spin bikes, with watts
Includes the opportunity to drop in to as many of the other classes as you wish. If there is a bike free, it's yours!
Some sessions will be followed by either a structured Strength Training program or a structured Yoga. Other sessions will be just the spin class for those short on time.
Your experienced coach will lead class discussions on all the topics key to triathlon training. You'll soon be an expert too!

Ride the tour... but only for one hour a night. This once a week class will simulate the stages of this year's Tour de France. The time trials, the breakaways, and the mountain climbs.

Followed immediately by our 1 hour OTC structured Strength Training Program (included in your Tour de France registration)

A weekly one hour small group strength training session created and led by one of our coaches
Strength training program specifically designed for triathletes, with other triathletes
Your experienced coach will lead activity demonstrations and provide hands on feedback to help improve your form

Your experienced coach will lead activity demonstrations and provide hands on feedback to help improve your form

Tuesday 7:15pm (following Fall Spin)
Our Flagship Triathlon Training Program (TTP) is where we all started. Join us for a reserved spot in a 2-hour triathlon training class each week (1 hour in the spin studio, followed immediately by 1 hour in the strength studio) plus the opportunity to drop in to as many of the other classes as you wish. If there is a bike free, it's yours!

Each weeknight 2-hour class includes a one hour indoor ride on our Kaiser spin bikes, with watts, and a one hour combination of strength and mobility training.
Our strength and mobility training is carefully designed to help keep you protected from injury.
Your experienced coach will lead class discussions on all the topics key to triathlon training. You'll soon be an expert too!
Our 24 week program runs from January to June 2025. (We take a break the week March Break)

Each weekly class includes a two hour indoor ride on our Kaiser spin bikes, with watts. You'll be led by coaches and fellow club members who have 'been there'
As the year progresses build to a two hour spin session in each class and immediately follow it with a run
Your experienced coach will lead class discussions on all the topics key to triathlon training. You'll soon be an expert too!
