We are very excited to announce the first annual OTC Tremblant summer training camp! Our camp, as always, is done on a cost-recovery basis so its not only a great time being so close to Tremblant 140.6 but a great value as well! For that reason, we want members to approach this very much as a cooperative venture. Join group rides, runs and swims right on the Tremblant course getting expert advice along the way! You will be responsible to bring your own food. Don't forget about the Friday Pot Luck!
Coaches
Over the course of the weekend the coaches will guide you through all the key points you need to know to execute a successful race at the Tremblant 70.3 or 140.6 These include:

Registration Not Yet Open
1. Pay Camp Fee: Submit the $100 camp fee to reserve your spot.
2. Email Rooming Request: Email ottawa.triathlon@gmail.com with your top three choices for rooming.
3. Allocation: We will respond with the best fit based on availability. If it works for you then you will move on to pay for the accommodation.
4. Make Donation: To pay for your spot in the chalet, you will be making a donation to Medecins Sans Frontiers (Doctors Without Borders) in the corresponding amount.
5. Email Receipt: You will send a copy of the receipt to us as proof of payment and you're done.

Friday
Friday is a travel day in which we will be leaving Ottawa and going to our lodge at Tremblant. We will have the opportunity in the afternoon to do some training.
12:00pm: Depart Ottawa, Car Pool.
2:00-5:00pm: Arrive at Mont Tremblant
3:00pm: 45km Ride up Duplessis or Open Water Swim (Split into two groups)
5:30pm: Pot Luck Dinner
6:00pm Presentation covering nutrition, pacing, course profile during pot luck
Saturday
Saturday will feature a morning swim followed by a group ride with tips and tricks at various portions of the ride. Great opportunity to learn the ins and outs of the Tremblant course.
We will also be featuring a group run on Saturday after following the bike ride.
7am: Swim
9:30am: Group ride leaves the lodge. (Athletes are free to do 40K, 90K or 180K)
Optional afternoon Tire change seminar.
6:00pm Pizza Dinner and socializing/Nutrition and tapering power point.
Sunday
On Sunday we will have the opportunity to swim again as well as do a run on the Ironman run course.
7am: Swim
9:30: Run on IM course
Noon: Check out time for lodge. There is a chance of a late check out. TBA
