9. Building Endurance

Our TTP used to follow non-linear periodization which featured lower intensity rides in the winter followed by higher in the spring. We now follow linear-periodization which sees a balance of both throughout the year. These resources are of value to all athletes but those in the OTC TTP should know they are, in places, not consistent with our new approach.
